4. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms, including any advance payment or balance payment, will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Kunjal Furniture reserves the right to correct any pricing or product information errors.

5. Customized Furniture

For customized or made-to-order furniture, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, designs, colors, materials, and other requirements.
Once customization or manufacturing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customized furniture may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law or where the product has an eligible manufacturing defect or does not conform to the confirmed order.

6. Delivery

We generally aim to deliver orders within 3–7 business days, subject to product availability and delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary for customized or made-to-order furniture.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, may occur.

7. Installation

Where installation is provided, the applicable installation terms will be communicated to the customer.
Customers must ensure that the delivery and installation location is accessible and suitable for the furniture.

8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage, defect, or incorrect product as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, along with appropriate photographs or videos.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and delivery information
Providing correct measurements and specifications for customized products
Inspecting products at the time of delivery
Using and maintaining furniture according to appropriate care and usage requirements
Kunjal Furniture will not be responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.
